1. I Want To Buy My Machine (that I am currently using)?
    • The company is not going out of business, your current IT equipment will most likely be re-used in the company following the S189 exits;
    • All machines must be returned to ICT for evaluation and then it will be decided whether they are loaded onto the sale portal;
    • Sales will only be done via the online store and no other medium will be available.

    2. I Would Like To Buy On Installment (pay per month)?

    • Only online once-off payment is accepted.

    3. What Happens If I Want A Refund?
    • There are no refunds, please ensure that you have viewed items by contacting SGD.ICTnotifications@saabgroup.com to join one of the allocated viewing slots, once you have purchased, it is yours.

    4. Will There Be More Items Added?

    • Items for sale is equipment that is no longer required by the company, you will not find a brand new computer here for sale, only items that are no longer required.

    5. Why Do Desktops and Laptops Not Include Hard Drives (HDD) or Windows?

    • As per Saab IT policy and the nature of our business we cannot sell, donate or scrap IT machines with HDDs intact even after formatting as it is still possible to recover the HDD data.
    • Windows is licensed to Saab for office use, buyers will have to purchase their own Windows for personal use.

    6. Are The Specs Listed Correct?

    • Specs listed are only a guideline, please refer to Question 3 and ensure that you have viewed before purchasing as some items may not have everything specified.

    7. I Don't Have Transport For My Purchases

    • Should you require transportation, please contact our Car Wash manager, Petrus for transportation of purchased items at R4/km.

    8. I Have Made My Purchase & Received Order Confirmation, What Next?

    • Once you have made your purchase, wait 24 hours for ICT to complete the recon and prepare your order, in the unforeseen event that your order is duplicated or someone else completes a purchase of the same item(s) before you, a refund will be processed.
